ESCA is the exclusive representative for employee-owned S corporations (“S ESOPs”) and has a commitment to protecting the S corporation ESOP structure and promoting it so that more working Americans can become employee-owners. Becoming a member of ESCA will help protect the future of Will-Burt and its employee-owners and sustain its opportunities as an S corporation ESOP.
